Crystal Lee

Chief Executive Officer

United Languages of the Fox Valley, LLC was established in January 2018 by Crystal Lee.

Crystal Lee immigrated from Laos at a young age, spending most of her life in the Fox Valley area. She is fluent in both English and Hmong. Growing up in America, she saw her parents struggle with the English language. Interpretation services were limited and she took it upon herself to interpret for her parents. Her passion for language advocacy grew and has continuously grown since then. She made it her lifelong goal to establish her own business to bridge the gap between English-speaking and non-English-speaking communities.

Dedicated to language advocacy, she started out interpreting professionally in 2001. Knowing that she eventually wanted to branch out and create her own business, she took the necessary steps to be court-certified in Wisconsin; and completed all the required training needed through the state to provide legal court interpretation. Not only that, she also received all the requirements for medical interpretation training.

In January 2018, her dream had come true. United Languages of the Fox Valley was established. She always had a soft spot for the Fox Valley area and decided to stay in this area to help out the community. Since then, she has provided interpretation and translation services to multiple agencies locally and statewide. She has provided coordination and interpretation services to agencies such as the Social Security Administration and multiple courthouses in Wisconsin.

Getting to know Crystal, she is a family-oriented individual. When she has leisure time, she enjoys traveling with her 2 pups, family, and friends. Aside from that, she loves to cook traditional Hmong dishes and loves to help out relatives with cultural banquets and events.
